I didn’t know what questions to ask or who to trust with a purchase of this type.
After sorting through several sales pitches that only gave me a push to buy and no real information on what I needed to know I had almost given up.
When I found Superior Ear Works and Sue Godwin it was a godsend. She has educated me on what is available and has helped me through the most important things in buying hearing aids. With over 20 years in the industry her knowledge and caring attitude have succeed in fitting me with aids that are not generic but ones that are restoring my lost hearing to levels that I never thought possible. Her pricing is fair and her help after the sale are something that is sorely missing in today’s fast paced buy it now with no service attached attitude shown by most business. The after sale adjustments are the most important part of new aids if they are to work well.
